Healthcare and Life Sciences Research and Outreaches

The goal of BSF-F4 is to partner and collaborate with medical research and healthcare organizations on programs focused on improving social determinants of health in communities and those targeted to the prevention, treatment, and management of chronic medical conditions.

BSF-F4 HealthcareOutreach®

• Provide healthcare services, support and assistance to the segment of one. Scope of services provided to include:
  1. Nursing, physical therapy, speech therapy, and home health aide services.
  2. Health education to inform the patient the widest range of treatment options available.
  3. Around-the-clock services to meet the unique needs of the patient on a seven days per week basis as needed.
